กลุ่มมิจฉาชีพสมัยนี้มีมากมายหลายแบบครับ

 

สำหรับอีกกลุ่มหนึ่งที่พบบ่อย คือ...

 

ขบวนการต้มตุ๋น แจ้งว่ามีทองคำนวนมากๆ(เป็นตัน) ต้องการจะขายในราคาถูกกว่าท้องตลาด ให้ช่วยหาลูกค้าให้ โดยจะได้ค่านายหน้าเป็นการตอบแทน

 

ข้อสังเกตุคือ ...

 

1.กันออกห่างจากตัว กลุ่มนี้มักจะอ้างว่าเป็นทองที่ไม่สามารถเปิดเผยแหล่งที่มาได้ เพราะเจ้าของทองเป็นคนระดับสูง(มากๆๆ) หรือ อาจกังวลเรื่องความปลอดภัย หรือ แกล้งทำเป็นรำคาญเวลาถามถึงแหล่งที่มาและอ้างว่าถ้าไม่ซื้อจริงก็ไม่ควรรู้เพราะเค้าถูกหลอกถามมาเยอะแล้ว

 

2.สถานที่เก็บทอง จะไม่ยอมบอกว่าทองถูกเก็บไว้ที่ไหน อย่างไร(ทำทีเป็นต้องระมัดระวังความปลอดภัย หรือกลัวถูกปล้น)

 

3.แสดงบัญชี/ล็อกเงิน จะต้องทำเป็นสัญญาจะซื้อจะขาย แล้วให้ผู้ซื้อแสดงบัญชีว่ามีเงินจริง จากนั้นจะให้ทำเรื่องล็อกเงินจำนวนดังกล่าวเพื่อการซื้อขายครั้งนี้

 

4.ราคา จะถูกกว่าทองตลาดมากเช่น ในขณะที่ราคาทองในตลาดโลกราคาเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่กิโลกรัมละ 1,700,000 บาท แต่เค้าจะขายเพียง 1,300,000 บาท เท่านั้น โดยอ้างว่าเป็นการซื้อล๊อตใหญ่จึงสามารถลดได้ หรือข้ออ้างอื่นๆ อีกมากมาย

 

5.จำนวน จะแจ้งว่ามีจำนวนทองมาก และจะต้องขายเป็นแพ็ค เช่น แพ็คละ 50ตัน (50ตัน เท่ากับ 50,000กิโลกรัม ---> หรือคิดเป็นนำหนักบาท 3,280,000บาททองคำ ---> หรือคิดเป็นมูลค่า 84,788,000,000 ล้านบาท ---> เป็นไปได้หรือ???) ทั้งที่ในประเทศไทยมีนำเข้าทองคำ ตลอดทั้งปี รวมแล้วเพียง 150 - 290 ตัน เท่านั้น แต่พวกนั้นอ้างว่ามีทองมากถึง 1,000 - 5,000ตัน ที่ต้องการจะขาย (ลองพิจารณาถึงความเป็นไปได้)

 

6.ลักษณะขบวนการ จะอ้างว่าเจ้าของเป็นผู้ใหญ่(มากๆๆ) ไม่สามารถมาติดต่อได้ด้วยตนเอง แต่จะหาผู้แทนที่เป็นนายหน้า(อาจถูกหลอกมาอีกต่อหนึ่ง) เป็นผู้มีชื่อเสียง หรือมีฐานะทางสังคมดี เช่น ทหารระดับนายพล ข้าราชการระดับสูง นักการเมือง หรือแม้กระทั่งอ้างว่าเป็นตัวแทนของแพทย์ส่วนพระองค์ (ตำแหน่งอ้างบ้าง จริงบ้าง) เพื่อมาหานายหน้าต่ออีกทอดหนึ่ง ทำให้ดูว่ามีความน่าเชื่อถือมากขึ้น

 

7.สรุป ที่ผ่านมาไม่เคยมีการติดต่อครั้งไหนสำเร็จแม้แต่รายเดียว ซึ่งสมาคมฯ ขอเรียนว่ากลุ่มนี้คือ18มงกุฎ เพราะในความเป็นจริง ทองคำสามารถขายที่ร้านทองได้อยู่แล้ว และได้ราคาตามท้องตลาดอีกด้วย ไม่จำเป็นต้องลดราคาถึงกิโลกรัมละ 3-4 แสนบาท อย่างที่กล่าวอ้าง เพราะหากลดราคาลง 3-4 แสนบาท ต่อ1กิโลกรัม ใน1แพ็ค(50ตัน) เค้าจะขาดทุนกำไรไปถึง 20,000 - 40,000 ล้านบาทเลยทีเดียว ในความเป็นจริงแล้วใครจะยอม???
